percents of fresh grapes in basket: x
percents of dried grapes in basket: 1-x
weights of a fresh grape: a
weights of a dried grape: 0.4*a
we have: (a*x)/0.72=0,4*a(1-x)/0.28=0.6*a*x+0.4*a
=> x= 0.72(0.6*x+0.4)
=> x=36/71
percentage reduction: y
we have weights of total grapes in basket:m
m= 0.6*a*x+0.4*a=a(0.6*36/71+0.4)=a*50/71
=> y=a*x(0.8-0.2)/(a*50/71)=0.6*x*(71/50)
y=0.6*(36/71)*(71/50)=0.43
